These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of snackquest.store (the "Site") and your purchase of products from Snack Quest ("we", "us" or "our"). By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

1. Our Products

Snack Quest sells mystery boxes of international snacks. By nature, the contents of each box are a surprise:

• The Mini Mystery Box ($10) contains 5–7 mystery snacks.
• The Quest Box ($25) contains 10+ mystery snacks.

2. Allergies & Food Safety

Our boxes contain a variety of snacks that may include or have been produced in facilities that process peanuts, tree nuts, milk, eggs, wheat, soy, sesame, fish and shellfish. Because contents vary and product labeling differs by country, we cannot guarantee any box is free of a particular allergen. If you or a family member has a food allergy, please review each item's label carefully before eating and consume at your own discretion.

3. Ordering & Payment

Payments are processed securely by Stripe. Prices are listed in U.S. dollars and may change at any time. Shipping costs and any applicable taxes are calculated and shown at checkout. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including where we suspect fraud or error; if we cancel your order, you will receive a full refund.

6. XP, Quests & Rewards

Quest cards, XP points, collectibles and rewards included in our boxes are for entertainment. They have no cash value, are not redeemable for money, and we may change or discontinue reward programs at any time.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site — including the Snack Quest name, logo, the character Gaia, artwork, text and design — is owned by Snack Quest and protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not reproduce or use it without our written permission. Third-party snack brands shown in photos belong to their respective owners and appear only to illustrate example box contents.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Site, interfere with its operation, or attempt to access it using automated means for malicious purposes.

9. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

The Site and our products are provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law, Snack Quest disclaims all warranties, express or implied, and our total liability for any claim arising from an order will not exceed the amount you paid for that order.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version posted on this page at the time of your order applies to that order.
