- Newsletter information — your email address when you join the Snack Quest Guild newsletter.
- Support messages — anything you include when you email us at support@snackquest.store.

How We Use Your Information
- To fulfill and ship your orders and send order confirmations.

Payments
Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We never see or store your full card details. Stripe's use of your personal information is governed by its own privacy policy.
Email & Newsletter
Our newsletter is delivered through Mailchimp. Your email address is stored on Mailchimp's platform and is subject to its privacy policy. Every newsletter contains an unsubscribe link.

We share personal information only with service providers who help us run Snack Quest:

- Shipping carriers, to deliver your boxes

We keep order records for as long as needed to provide our services and to comply with tax and accounting requirements, then delete or anonymize them.

Snack Quest is designed for families, but our Site and checkout are intended for use by adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
